Team Sharing is included with Sideline subscriptions at no extra cost. It lets multiple team members share access to the business line, handle calls, send and reply to texts, and manage customer communication together.
How it works
- Each device will receive text messages and can reply simultaneously.
- The line will ring on all active devices, and whoever answers first will be connected to the call.
Benefits
All Members
- Incoming calls ring on all devices connected to the Team, so whoever is available can pick up the call.
- Access to Sideline Web for texting.
- All communication history is automatically synced on all devices, so members can follow the communication thread and pick up where anyone left off.
Admins
- Full control over all billing and subscription details.
- Account management (such as closing the team).
- Sole responsibility for adding and removing members.
- Ability to send or recind invites.
Please Note:
- There is a max of 5 members that can be added to one team (this includes the team Admin).
- Note: If you activated Team Number before March 28, 2023 and have over 5 members, you can keep your team but cannot invite new members. If you remove someone, you won't be able to add them back.
