Admin vs. Member Roles

The Admin has additional responsibilities and access over their team members, such as:
- Ability to send invites, add or remove members, or close the team.
- Manage all billing and subscription details.
Member
Members of the team can:
- Communicate with customers (via text, or pick up the phone call)
- Leave the team at any time.
- Check member invite and login status.
- Use Web for texting (cannot be used to make or receive calls).
Invites
As noted above, the Admin is the only person who can invite member(s) to the team. There is a max of 5 members that can be added to the team (this includes any pending or declined invites).

Subscription & Billing
