While Sideline is designed to pair with your carrier data, we do understand that some of our users prefer to utilize the VoIP (Voice over IP) function. This article specifically goes over what ports need to be open on your firewall to ensure functionality.
We understand that having a reliable connection is crucial, especially if the cellular signal at your house is not strong. In order to ensure VoIP functionality with Sideline, you'll need to open specific ports on your firewall.
Here are the ports that need to be open for VoIP to work with Sideline:
- Port 443/UDP: This port is used for the HTTP protocol over TLS/SSL.
- Port 443/TCP: This port is also used for the HTTP protocol over TLS/SSL.
