Not receiving Telegram or WhatsApp text or call

Issue Symptoms 

You registered your Sideline number with Telegram or WhatsApp and have not received the validation call or text. 

Cause & Resolution 

We do not support Telegram short code messages or validation phone calls with Sideline.

These are blocked from our service due to an increase in usage, therefore, you will be unable to receive these calls or messages in Sideline. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Likewise, certain services like WhatsApp tend to block their codes from being sent to our numbers due to misidentifying our numbers as VoIP.
