Sideline includes the ability to mark all messages (or some) as read. Below you'll find instructions for mobile (iPhone and Android) and Sideline Web.

To mark ALL messages as read:
- Visit Sideline Settings.
- Under the "Texting" section, tap "Mark All Messages as Read".
- Tap OK.
Note: You can also perform this action from your Inbox: Tap Edit > Select All > Read.
To mark one or more messages as read:
- Select the "Edit" button at the top-left of the Inbox.
- Manually select one or more conversations from your list, and then you can mark them as Read (located at the bottom-left of the screen)
- You cannot mark conversations as unread. Once you mark it as read you cannot undo this action.
- Messages cannot be archived.

To mark ALL messages as read:
- Visit Sideline Settings.
- Under the "Texting (SMS)" section, tap "Mark All Messages as Read".
- Tap OK.
Note: You can also perform this action from your Inbox: Tap and hold a conversation > tap the ellipsis (three vertical dots) > Select All > Mark as Read.
To mark one or more messages as read:
- Tap and hold a conversation to select.
- Select the other message(s) from your inbox you want to mark as read.
- Tap the ellipsis (three vertical dots) at the top-right of the screen.
- Tap "Mark as Read" (this action cannot be undone or marked as unread)
Please note:
- You cannot mark conversations as unread. Once you mark it as read you cannot undo this action.
- Messages cannot be archived.

To mark ALL conversations as read within Sideline Web:
- Navigate and click on the "Edit" button (near the Inbox).
- Click the "Select All" button.
- Click the "Read" button.
To mark one or more messages as read:
- Select the "Edit" button at the top-left of the Inbox.
- Manually select one or more conversations from your list, then click the "Read" button.
Please note:
- You cannot mark conversations as unread. Once you mark it as read you cannot undo this action.
- Messages cannot be archived.
