Why don't I see Call Announcement in my settings?

Call Announcement is a great way to separate your Sideline voicemail from your regular voicemail. For more information about the benefits of Call Announcement, click here.

Call Announcement is located in your Sideline settings under Calling. 

If you're not seeing the Call Announcement feature in your settings:

Ensure you don't have VoIP calling currently enabled in Sideline (Settings > Features > VoIP Calling.)

When VoIP Calling is turned on, the Call Announcement setting will disappear as you are using WiFi for calls (and not your cellular data plan.)

To use Call Announcement:

1. Disable VoIP calling (gray bar indicated the setting is disabled)
2. Enable Call Announcement
