While we do support calls to and from correctional facilities, some facilities will block or charge more for calls to numbers that are not within their local calling area.
In this case, we recommend that you contact the facility's administrators to find out what calling restrictions may be in place.
Note: Sideline uses your minutes and connects your calls through your regular service provider. This means standard calling and messaging fees may apply as Sideline uses minutes from your Carrier plan.
You are also welcome to contact our support team to check if we have any available numbers that match the area code and prefix number specific to that area to avoid any long distance fees.
