Did you hear the error message "number has been disconnected" or "number is no longer in service" when you know for a fact that the number you called is valid?
If so, this could be due to a recent outage with Sideline. Although outages with our services are uncommon, they can happen from time-to-time unfortunately.
We want to share the Sideline Service Status Page with our Sideline users so that you are informed of any calling, texting, and purchasing service interruptions.
