Can I use Sideline while located in Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes, Sideline can be used in all 50 states. This means you can use the app as normal if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
Can I choose an Alaskan or Hawaiian number?
No, unfortunately Sideline numbers are not available with either the Hawaiian area code (808) or Alaskan area code (907). However, you are welcome to choose a number with a different area code if you'd like to use the app from Alaska or Hawaii.
Can I register an Alaskan or Hawaiian carrier phone number on my account?
No, Alaskan or Hawaiian numbers are not supported as the registered phone number on an account. Only numbers from the Contiguous United States-based Carriers are accepted at this time.
Can I make calls to Alaskan or Hawaiian numbers?

Because of this, Sideline does not support calls to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience. However, you can receive calls from these numbers.
Can I send texts to Alaskan or Hawaiian numbers?
Yes, you can send texts to numbers with Alaskan or Hawaiian area codes. You can also receive texts from those numbers.
