FYI: We only support service to contiguous United States residents while they are within the contiguous US at this time. If you reside outside of the contiguous US, you cannot create an account. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In order to create a Sideline account, you will need to provide a valid carrier mobile number from the contiguous United States to use as your registered number. However, there are some restrictions by city and/or location which you should be aware of, please see below.
What isn't considered part of the contiguous United States, and therefore not accepted for registration:
- Hawaii (HI)
- Alaska (AK)
- American Samoa (AS)
- U.S Virgin Islands (VI)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- Guam (GU)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
Important: Any of the locations/area codes mentioned above are not approved for use with Sideline and thus will be unable to create an account.
Additionally, if you change the number that is registered with your Sideline account to any of the above locations, Sideline will no longer work for you as we do not support numbers located outside of the contiguous United States.
