FYI: We only support service to contiguous United States residents while they are within the contiguous US at this time. If you reside outside of the contiguous US, you cannot create an account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

To sign up for the 7-day trial of Sideline:
Via our website:
- Click here to redirect to our Sideline Website, select "Try for free" and enter your email address, then follow the prompts.
Via your cellphone:
- Download Sideline from the Google Play Store.
- Check the minimum device requirements to download and use Sideline HERE.
To create an account:
- Download the Sideline Application to your Mobile Device.
- Open the Sideline App.
- On the welcome page, click "Create New Account"
- Enter your information into the displayed fields.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Business Name
- Mobile Number
- Create Password
- Ensure your password meets the requirements seen here or you will be unable to proceed.
- Tap "Continue"
- On the Verify your number screen, enter the 4-digit code we just texted you.
- After that, select the subscription plan (monthly or yearly) and click "Start 7-Day Trial."
- Confirm your Sideline trial by tapping Continue.
- Enter your app store info to log in and confirm your subscription.
Items to note:
- Sideline relies on your mobile service for managing communications. For the most reliable service, we strongly encourage registering with a number from an active carrier plan. Using a VoIP number is not guaranteed to function properly.
- Your Sideline number will be displayed at the top of your inbox, as well as in your Account Info section (Settings > Account Info)
- Be sure to enable permissions once you create an account to ensure Sideline functions as intended.
- You will receive a 7-day trial for Sideline for $1 (this does not apply to Enterprise accounts). On the 8th day, the subscription you selected at sign-up will begin.
- To avoid future charges, make sure to cancel your subscription prior to the trial end date should you decide that Sideline is not for you.
