All my calls go straight to voicemail, how can this be fixed. I pay $9.99 a month for almost 2 years and not to be able to speak to someone about the problem I'm having is annoying and unprofessional

Would like my company name to appear on caller ID instead of just the number
I would also like to know how I can get my company name to appear on the caller id when I call clients.
