Traveling within the United States
Service is only available to U.S. or Canadian residents while located within the United States or Canada. If you are traveling to either of those places, you may use Sideline mobile or Web.
Traveling Internationally (outside the United States)
If you are traveling outside the United States or Canada, you cannot use Sideline mobile or Web.
Items to note:
- Attempting to use Sideline internationally or using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to mask your location may result in your account getting blocked.
- If you have Auto-Reply to Calls & Texts enabled while abroad, it should work as expected by sending the auto-response, but only if you have "Forward Calls to Voicemail" enabled as well.
- You should receive all the incoming calls and message communication you received in Sideline upon returning to the US.
