Note: International calling is a paid feature available to Sideline Enterprise accounts only.
We only support service to US residents while they are within the United States at this time. If you are traveling within the United States you are able to use Sideline.
If you are traveling outside of the United States, you will be unable to use Sideline mobile or Web.
Items to note:
- International usage or using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to mask location may result in your account getting blocked.
- If you have Auto-Reply to Calls & Texts enabled while abroad, it should work as expected by sending the auto-response, but only if you have "Forward Calls to Voicemail" enabled as well.
- You should receive all the incoming call and message communication you received in Sideline upon returning to the US.
