Traveling within the United States or Canada
Service is available to U.S. or Canadian residents while located within the United States or Canada. If you are traveling to either of those places, you may use Sideline mobile or the Web.
Traveling Internationally (outside the United States or Canada)
While we don’t support the use of Sideline mobile or Web internationally, if you're planning on traveling outside of the country, we recommend reaching out to support to see if we can prevent any restrictions placed on your account while abroad.
Items to note:
- Attempting to use Sideline internationally or using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to mask your location may result in your account getting blocked.
- If you have Auto-Reply to Calls & Texts enabled while abroad, it should work as expected by sending the auto-response, but only if you have "Forward Calls to Voicemail" enabled as well.
- You should receive all the incoming calls and messages you received in Sideline upon returning to the US.
