As a member of the team, you can delete an entire conversation from your inbox, but please be aware that it will also be deleted from the other member's accounts.
Because of this, it is important to not delete any information from your inbox as those changes will automatically sync to the other members of the team, and you nor Sideline will be able to recover any data once deleted.
Note: Sideline does not currently offer the option to select multiple messages, calls, or voicemails to delete/erase in bulk. We are aware of the value this feature would provide and our product development team is looking into this currently. Thank you for your patience.
To delete an entire conversation thread from your inbox:
- Swipe from right to left on the conversation you wish to delete
- Tap Delete, and it will be removed from your inbox
To delete a message, call, or voicemail from a conversation:
- Open the conversation you wish to delete the communication from
- Tap and hold the info you wish to delete (this will bring up your options)
- Tap Delete
If you wish to delete more than one message, call, or voicemail, you will have to repeat the process above for each individual item. We're sorry for the inconvenience but as stated above, bulk actions are not supported at this time.
Important: Deleting/removing any call or message communication is a permanent action. Once it has been removed, it cannot be recovered by you nor Sideline Support.
