Note: The instructions outlined in this article are for Sideline users with a Team Number account only.
To delete messages, calls, or voicemails:
- Go to your Sideline inbox
- Swipe from right to left on the message or call log you would like to remove
- Once you tap on Delete, it will immediately be removed
Please Note: There is currently no option to "delete all" or bulk delete within Sideline at this time. We are aware of the value this feature would provide and our product development team is looking into this currently. Thank you for your patience.
To delete individual messages, calls, or voicemails within a conversation:
- Tap and hold to access the delete button
Please Note: Once the content has been removed it cannot be recovered.
