Mobile Chat
While logged into your Sideline mobile account, fill out a few details (name, email, and phone number on the account), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
iOS:
- Sideline Settings.
- Under General, select Support.
- Select Chat.
Android:
- Sideline Settings.
- Under General, select Get Help (Android).
- Select Contact Us.
- Select Chat.
Chat with the Sideline bot to find answers. If you need further assistance, you can connect with a live agent at any point during the chatbot conversation (if during normal chat hours).
Our agent hours for Support are 6am-6pm PST Monday-Saturday.
You can email us directly from within the Sideline app:
- Sideline Settings.
- Under General, select Support (iOS) or Get Help (Android).
- Select Email Support (iOS) or Contact Us > Email Support (Android).
- Enter a brief description of your issue and attach any relevant screenshots if available.
If you aren't logged in or don't have the Sideline app, you can email us at support@sideline.com (please include a subject line and a description of your request with any relevant account details in the body of the email).
Web Browser
Locate the bubble at the bottom right of the Help Center to search for relevant Help Center articles to find answers to your questions.
If you still need help, you can select "Leave a message" to submit an email ticket to Sideline Support.
Text us
Our text support hours are from 6am-6pm PST Monday-Saturday.
Submit a request
Use the Submit a request form to send your request to the Sideline Support Team. The form can be found at the top of the Help Center and at the bottom of each article.

Would like my company name to appear on caller ID instead of just the number

For international calling, you need to have a Sideline Enterprise account. If you are unsure if you have that, please contact support@sideline.com and we would be happy to help further, thanks!

All my calls go straight to voicemail, how can this be fixed. I pay $9.99 a month for almost 2 years and not to be able to speak to someone about the problem I'm having is annoying and unprofessional
