We understand that Sideline might not work for everyone, so that is why we have provided instructions below on how to cancel your subscription and request a refund (if needed).

You have a few options when it comes to how you cancel your subscription. Please review the information below to determine which method of canceling your subscription works best for you.
To cancel your subscription via Sideline:
Important: You will need to be on Sideline app version 3.57+ in order to cancel your subscription within the Sideline app.
- Open Sideline
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Sideline Subscription' (under Bells & Whistles section)
- Tap the green 'Manage Subscription' button
- You will then be directed to the Google Play Store Subscription Page
- From there, follow the instructions to cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store
on your device
- Tap Menu
Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the onscreen instructions
To cancel your subscription via the Web:
- Visit the Google Play Store
- Sign in with your ID credentials
- Click on Subscriptions & Services on the left-hand side
- Your active subscriptions will be listed and you can click Manage to cancel
Please Note: You will still have access to your subscription for the remainder of your billing period.
To request a refund:
- Visiting Google's website and follow the instructions on how to request a refund.
- You can also request a refund from Sideline by reaching out to our support department and providing the following information:
- Copy of your Google Play receipt that shows your subscription purchase
- Order Number for the purchase
- Order Numbers should be in the format: GPA.1234-5678-9123-45678

To cancel your subscription on your iPhone, you will have to do so from within the app store. Please see below for further instructions.
To cancel your Sideline subscription:
- Open your device Settings
- Tap on your name, then tap Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage
- Choose a different subscription or tap Cancel Subscription
If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, follow these steps:

- Tap iTunes & Apple Store instead
- Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address)
- Tap View Apple ID
- Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions
- Tap Sideline
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Please Note: You will still have access to your subscription for the remainder of your billing period.
To request a refund:
Sideline does not have the ability to process refunds since all purchases are strictly handled & processed through the iTunes store. To request a refund through Apple, follow the steps below:
- Go to Apple's Subscription Refund page
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password
- If you see the 'Report' or Report a 'Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund
- Submit your request
