To take your voicemail message off speakerphone, tap the speaker icon to the right of the voicemail so it turns grey.
Tip: You can also use the 'Voicemail to Text' feature which allows you to read the voicemail in text form when you are unable to listen. The text is displayed under the voicemail recording.
