Can Sideline make video calls?

Sideline does not offer video calling. Video calling is generally only supported by the contacts who also have the same service on their device. Some examples include:

• FaceTime for iOS devices
• Facebook Video Chat on Facebook Messenger 

Since our customers generally don't have a variety of other Sideline contacts in their address book, we will not be implementing this feature.

If you would like to make video calls, we recommend using an alternative service to make such calls. 

• Apple devices: Check out Apple's article for instructions on how to use FaceTime with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
• Android devices: Check out Google Duo for video calling
