No, Sideline plans do not allow you to have multiple numbers (i.e. a 2nd, 3rd number, etc) on a single account/device. Only one account is allowed per registered number/device.
We understand that you may have additional business sectors and would find value in having multiple Sideline numbers, so we currently offer two other Sideline account types as seen below:
- Team Number allows a team to share the responsibility of a single Sideline number across multiple devices.
- Suited for a business with one business line where you want multiple employees to be able to answer the call.
- Sideline Enterprise allows one Administrator to assign multiple Sideline numbers to their employees, which can be managed through a web portal.
- Suited for the main business line with multiple employee numbers attached, in which you want to transfer the call to them. (ie: directory/call tree)
