If you're only seeing notifications of a missed call or voicemail in your Sideline inbox but did not see/hear the incoming call, please read the steps below to further troubleshoot your calling issues.
- Step 1: Visit the Sideline Service Status Page first to see if there are any current service disruptions that will impact your use of Sideline.
- Step 2: If there are no disruptions shown on the status page (link above) then please proceed to self-troubleshoot by clicking the link below.
