If you see a missed call or voicemail in your Sideline inbox but your phone did not ring or vibrate, please read the steps below to further troubleshoot the incoming call issue.
- Step 1: Visit the Sideline Service Status Page first to see if there are any current service disruptions that will impact your ability to receive calls.
- Step 2: If there are no disruptions shown on the status page (link above) then please proceed to self-troubleshoot by clicking the link below.
