Request Failed with Error 7064

Issue Symptoms

You receive the "Request failed with error 7064" error message pop-up when attempting to log in to a Sideline account. 

Cause & Resolution 

Your account has been permanently blocked by our security filters.

Common reasons for this block:

• You created or attempted to create multiple accounts.
• You are accessing the service outside the United States or Canada.
• Your account was created from an account not downloaded from the iTunes or Google Play Store.
• Your device appears to be tampered with, compromised, or automated (from a bot).
