Issue Symptoms
Receiving the error message "Request failed with error 5951" OR "Request failed with error 5961" when attempting to log into Sideline Web.
Resolution
If you receive this error code, please clear your browser's cache and cookies for Sideline Web. This will ensure that your browser loads the newest version of Sideline Web, then try to log in again.
To clear your cache and cookies:
- Visit Sideline Web.
- In the browser bar, click the
icon to the left of the URL to open the menu.
- From the list, select cookies and site data.
- Select Manage on-site device data.
- From the list, click the trash can icon next to messages.sideline.com and sideline.com.
- Click Done.
- Click
to refresh the web browser & try logging into Sideline Web again.
