Error 8293 Registration or Login Failed

Issue Symptoms

• Receiving the error code "8293" during registration or when attempting to log in.
• Cannot create a Sideline account after inputting your account details and selecting the "Sign Up" button.
• Cannot log in to an existing account after inputting your login details.

Conditions

• Signing up for a Sideline account or logging in to an account you created.
• An error is received during signup or on the login page.

Cause & Resolution

The reason you are receiving this error is that our company experiences high levels of abuse during the creation of an account.

The device that you are using to access Sideline matches suspicious abuse criteria that we've seen in the past and has prevented you from accessing our systems.
