How do I delete my Team Sharing account?

If you no longer need to share your number, you can have your Team Sharing account deleted.

Note: These steps are for the Team ADMIN (members of the team cannot delete the account). 

Step 1: Remove all members from the team

1. View Sideline Settings (Admin).
2. Remove all members of the team (click HERE for instructions).

Step 2: Delete your account

You can delete the account once all members are removed from the team. 

Sideline Settings > "Manage Account" > "Delete Account" and follow the prompts. See the detailed instructions here. 

Step 3: Cancel your subscription 

After following the steps above, you will need to cancel your subscription. 

Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. In order to prevent future charges, you will need to cancel your recurring subscription. You will still have access to your subscription until your renewal date.
