If you're trying to add members to your Team Number account and have received one of the following error messages:
- "Unable to invite to Team Number"
- "Already associated with another Sideline or TextFree number. Please ask the recipient to deactivate their current account, and then re-invite them."
This is because the team member you were trying to invite may already have an active (or inactive) account with either Sideline or our other service TextFree.
To move forward in adding the individual to the Team Number, please have the person you are inviting deactivate their account in order to be added to the team. Check out our help site article, "How do I close my account?" for the instructions.
Once the recipient had successfully deactivated their account, you can re-send the invite for them to accept.
