What is Sideline?

Sideline gives you a 2nd number for your mobile phone with all the communication tools you need to start, work, grow, and pursue your passion.

Please note that an active subscription to Sideline is required to use the features and functionality described below. 

ADD A NUMBER IN YOUR AREA CODE
If you need a local number, just select the area code and get a number that works wherever you do. You get to talk and text from a dedicated business line—and because it’s a real phone number, you can call and text anyone, even landlines. 

CALLING & TEXTING
Your second number works just like your first. Separate caller IDs, notifications, and ringtones make it clear who’s contacting you. For outbound communication, just open Sideline. With your Sideline phone number, you get unlimited texting, and Sideline calling uses the carrier data plan you already have.

CARRIER CALL QUALITY, FROM AN APP 
Sideline works with your carrier network to give you the quality and reliability you need to work from anywhere. This also lets you split your calling minutes (which are probably unlimited) between two numbers. Unlike “cloud-based,” “virtual,” or buzzword phone systems, Sideline doesn’t rely on a perfect WiFi signal or expensive data plan to keep you connected. 

KEEP YOUR PERSONAL NUMBER PRIVATE
You probably shouldn’t give out your personal phone to everyone. That’s why there’s Sideline. But it’s not just a second phone line for work. It can be your temporary number. Your anonymous number. Please note: These subscriptions are automatically billed monthly, semi-annually, or annually (depending on your subscription terms) to your iTunes Account (iPhone) or Google Play Store Account (Android).
