If you are an Android user and wish to reopen your previously closed account, the Sideline Support team can easily reopen your account.
Please note: This must be done by a Sideline Support agent, you don’t have the option to do so manually.

Text us at (408) 444-9124 from the phone number previously associated with your Sideline account & we will assist you with account activation.
If you wish to email us, you may do so, but please note that you may have to go through additional steps in the verification process if you email us from a non-verified email.

Sideline iOS users who closed their account while on app version 12.7+ will be unable to reopen their previous account.
When you closed your account, you were notified that closing your Sideline account is a permanent action that would cause you to lose your Sideline number and all Sideline data such as messages, voicemail, and media will be deleted without the ability to recover them.
If you would like to use Sideline moving forward, you will need to create a new account that will not include any call and messaging data you may have had previously.
